Engagement terms
A formal services agreement is signed before any executive assistant begins work for you. That agreement, not this page, governs scope, fees, confidentiality, IP, and termination for an active engagement. The published hourly rates reflect typical engagements and may change for non-standard scopes.

Limitation of liability
ExecutiveAssistantAgency provides the website on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
